I meeting:
Takes place at the client’s home. In this meeting the area that is intended for planning is observed and an initial concept is presented.
II meeting:
Takes place at the nursery when the client wishes to take an active role in selecting the plants. With accompanying professional advice and guidance from me, a list is made of the plants that will form the basis of the garden plan.
III meeting:
At this meeting the client is presented with a colored representative plan illustrated with views of chosen areas of the garden, and a detailed look at the plant catalog. At this meeting changes/additions are made according to the wishes of the client.
IV meeting:
At this meeting the client is given the detailed garden plan (and the irrigation plan) that shows the exact placement of the plants, and a quantity list indicating the type of plants, and the quantity and the size of the plants.
V meeting:
Takes place when the client request supervision on the day of planting or inspection of the planting after the work has been completed.
